Return Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction, we would love to help you when you are not satisfy with our products or services. All Returned Items must be in the original packaging or in a mail-safe box or envelope. Uniquestation.com is not responsible for any items that are missing or damaged during shipment.

Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition. If a promotional free item came with the product, that must be returned as well. Uniquestation.com may refuse the return if the product is not returned with the complete materials and packaging.

Non-Returnable Products Some products are deemed ineligible for return by Uniquestation.com. If received, these ineligible products will be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified by Uniquestation.com if any such ineligible products are received. We will only keep such products up until 30 days from the date you were notified. We claim no responsibility for the products after the said 30 days.

Ineligible products include:

• Any product that was not purchased from Uniquestation.com
• Any products that are returned without original packaging and all accessories that shipped with the product. This can include and are not limited to the retail box, manuals, and any other items that were originally included with the product.
